this came out great! the family loved it. i did cut the cooking time down to 2hrs and added some onion powder plus sprayed the roast with cooking oil. crispy and delicious.

Very easy but only needed to cook for 1hour and 15 minutes. Next time I’ll be all over it! Defiantly recommend this tasty low maintenance dish. 🥩😋

It turned out very juicy, tender, and very flavorful! I used lemon pepper, prime rib rub, rosemary, thyme, and a few other ingredients. It was a big success!
