I used 2 Tbsp butter with sliced garlic & mushrooms around steaks. Seasonings: fresh pepper & granular garlic.

This recipe was so easy to follow that even after a double martini, it was "success as promised". I finished with a Balsamic glaze and the the result was nothing short of spectacular! The timing in the oven at 5 minutes and 5 minutes resulted in a perfect medium-rare.
