My sons favorite. I have made it 3 times so far. It is easy and goes great with breakfast hash.

Great starting recipe! I modified a ton, didn't have nutritional yeast but I used curry powder, salt, cumin together with patatoes, tomatoes and green peppers. I felt it lacked a little flavour so I'm thinking next time of adding onions oaybe leave the tofu soaking in the ingredients like I read in some other comments.

super tasty!
I used 2 Tbl hot curry powder instead of plain turmeric, and after pressing the tofu I crumbled it and let it soak in the flavors for 20 minutes. I also added some dried minced onion (was out of fresh), heirloom grape tomatoes, and a good squeeze or two of aminos. It turned out really well, and I can't wait to eat some leftovers!

The process was good and it looked beautiful! I also added some vegan chorizo

I think I’d use less turmeric next time, I thought the flavour was a little too earthy. Turned out nicely though, if I can get some kala namak I’d definitely use that too.

This recipe is so easy and takes no time at all. I'm a new vegan who before survived a lot on eggs, but these are so much better!
