Very good. Used 1/2 coconut sugar w 1/2 sugar. They were little more brown from the brown coconut sugar. Toasted the coconut. Next time I would add 1/2 cup more coconut bc I found the mixture a little runny...

Tasted great, toasted the coconut only thing is the egg mixture was runny maybe next time I’ll use a electric mixer super easy

Terrific. Pre-toasted the coconut like it suggested and they turned out delicious. They were easy to make like the recipe said. Tastiest macaroons I’ve ever made.

The recipe was super easy, but for some reason I decided to add an extra egg. Being too lazy to adjust the recipe for one egg, I simply added more and doubled the recipe. The one thing I forgot to double was the coconut. Despite being super runny, the macaroons tasted good.

So easy and they were better than I expected for so simple a recipe. Loved it. Will be making it many times for my coconut lovers
