This is a great recipe! Although I do add to it. I use the exact stated ingredients, with the unrefined coconut oil option, but I add a tablespoon of cinnamon and a table spoon of ground ginger. I also add raw honey to taste. I will eat a teaspoon as is, add it to oatmeal, add it to tea, it goes great with chai or ginger tea. As crazy as it sounds, I’ve even added it to my morning coffee. The health benefits are amazing!
