- 4 oz. sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1 lb. confectioners' sugar (sifted)
- 6 oz. sweetened shredded coconut (I used unsweetened Flaked coconut instead)
