I don't know why all the ratings on this recipes' site equaled a 3, because this is delicious, perfect cider!! I added allspice balls without thinking that it wasn't called for. Turned out 5 stars. My one friend said it's the best he ever tasted. Will make again. BTW, in case someone wants specifics, I chose healthy Knudson's organic apple juice
