This recipe is outstanding!!! I like a savory to neutral flavored waffle so I made one small adjustment by adding salt to the recipe (2 tsp) and reducing the sugar to 1 tbsp for balance. Crispy, light, fluffy and melt in your mouth. Yum! Yum! Yum! Needless to say...A KEEPER!!! 👍

This is a super easy recipe. Our family of 4 devoured them and kept saying how great they were. I’ve made these many times and I’ve found that the thicker batter doesn’t stick to the waffle iron.

I double the recipe and it turned out amazing. The waffle were delicious and fluffy but very delicate and breaks apart easily but it’s worth it. I will definitely be making this again

Used a boxed egg replacer, appreciated the tips, kept them in a warm oven on a rack as I went. Balanced soft and crunchy, good recipe.

Kids loved it, but I prefer my waffles more fluffy, whereas these were soft...I felt the batter too thin? But the flavor was delicious.

Unfortunately, they turned out soft and spongy which others had mentioned on the actual site. Made sure my iron was hot continuously and also tried the cornstarch trick. To my avail, neither worked. There is alot of butter in this recipe which most times I wouldn't question but maybe that has something to do with it. Flavor was not bad, kids said it tasted like sugar cookies.

Nice, light and fluffy. Like to fact I do not need to separate eggs and whip whites. They are soft but we don’t mind that.
8/14: added 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1 tsp nutmeg
6/5: added tbsp cornstarch as suggested. Still not crispy. Flavor is good, but still not a favorite waffle recipe

The first batch was perfect and the second batch was very thin but still delicious. He second batch had a rubbery consistency.

The waffles turned out very sweet and dense. Nothing stuck to the waffle iron! Overall, not bad. Will definitely add more milk to thin out the batter next time.

super light and delicious, made it with raw sugar, fat free lactose free milk, and unslated butter.

This recipe was easy. I halfed the recipe and added 1 smashed and cinnamon and nutmeg to the egg mix. It made good Banan nut waffles.

Very tasty! I subbed some whole wheat flour in- added maybe a 1/4 cup extra milk.

Overall great recipe. Mine were a little too fluffy and soft and didnt firm up well. I would probably use less butter and/or milk next time based on other recipes i’ve made in the past
