The amount of time for prep and roasting is significant so not a great choice for packed weekday meals but LOVE the end result so much that I have come back to this recipe whenever I have the extra time. My family never leaves any for leftovers. At least there is no peeling involved :)

They turned out great just like the recipe said. My only complaint is that it’s a lot of time and effort for potatoes but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect. I’ll definitely make these again.

Wonderful! Have been looking for this for a long time. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. Could experiment with spices or Parmesan cheese.

Followed the recipe made for a good side dish family love potatoes this was a nice change of pace will make them again for sure
