- 800 grams meat (pre-cooked lamb, See links to my cooking methods above.)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or vegetable oil)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 2 green chillies (fresh, finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 3 Tbsp. hot chilli powder (be careful - less might be better)
- 2 potatoes (pre-boiled, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 500 mL curry sauce (heated, See links to my recipes above.)
- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. coriander (chopped)
