- 1 kg chicken parts (this can be a mix of different parts or chicken breasts cut into required size)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- salt (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 onion (large)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions (large)
- 1 handful curry leaves
- 1 cup grated coconut (although the original recipe requires grated coconut, there have been occasions I’ve cooked without the grated coconut as well, it still tastes good)
