- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil (Pure)
- 4 Tbsp. canola oil
- 4 whole green onions (Sliced Thin)
- 10 hardboiled eggs (cover with cold water, dash of baking soda to make peeling easier, bring to boil, turn off heat and put a lid on for 10 minutes – pour off hot water and cover in cold)
- 3/4 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. house seasoning (your, – pinch or two more at the end if you desire)
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper (several grinds of)
- 12 oz. noodles (spaghetti, Cooked and Drained)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion (Diced medium)
- 1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (your favorite)
- house seasoning (Your, to taste)
