- 1 jelly (tub of nat de coco, in syrup, keep the syrup)
- 1 can jackfruit (drained, julienne, slice length wise)
- 1 can longan (drained)
- 1 can seed (toddy palm, drained, cut into small thin rings)
- 1 can lychee (drained)
- 1 liter milk (carton of half and half, half light cream and half, OR homo milk)
- 1 can chestnut (whole, drained)
- 1 pkg. agar agar (Six Fortune dried, strips, use only 1/3of the amount IF use other brand or the powdered type, follow instructions on the package.)
- organic cane sugar
- tapioca flour
- food coloring (Edible, red or any color you like)
- extract (Green pandan leaves)
