- 1 bananas (medium ripe, previously sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (or fresh, organic when possible - use strawberries/raspberries for a greener smoothie, darker berries for a purple smoothie)
- 2 handfuls spinach (organic when possible)
- 1 handful baby kale (organic when possible)
- 1/4 lime juice
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 cups water
- 1 scoop greens (Vega One Proteins&, I used Vanilla*)
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- protein powder
- nut butter
- 1 kiwi
- 4 lime slices
- 1 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
- 50 grams fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. granola (but don't go overboard!, optional)
