love the sauce and rub recipes; I like the one pot cooking method but I think I would enjoy the oven cooking method more. it is possible that I did something wrong because my ribs weren't sticky or a more dried sauced ribs. My short ribs had less sauce and the sauce was more loose. I would tey it again, but in the oven or grill.
