- 12 lb. pickling cucumbers
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 4 cups water
- 5 Tbsp. pickling salt
- pickling spice (Homemade, 2-3 tablespoons per jar)
- 12 red peppers (small Thai, split down the middle leaving seeds intact, 2-3 per jar)
- 30 whole garlic cloves (peeled and lightly smashed, 4-5 per jar)
