- 1/2 tsp. sriracha (or more if you like it hot)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 cup water (dumpling)
- 4 cups broth (Chinese hot & sour, or seafood stock/broth, or even chicken broth is fine)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- soy sauce (to taste)

This is so easy to make I used frozen dumplings I custom tailored the ingredients to suit my taste it turned out great
