- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus additional for topping)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus additional for topping)
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (such as Tabasco add to your liking)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced/pressed)
- 1/4 cup green onion (finely sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or shredded, for garnish before baking, optional)
- 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry (2 sheets, thawed according to package directions)
