- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole, then top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until dip is hot. Dip, dip hooray!

Turned out great. Loaded it up into a bread bowl. Only thing left out was the cheese, on purpose, and still tasted great.

Im very thankful you posted the temperature on your website as your packaging I have with the instructions lacks the temperature for cooking it. I used pepper jack, a full 8oz bar and skipped the water chestnuts, it is delicious!
