- 2 oz. milk chocolate (chopped)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 12 scoops ice cream (cookie dough)
- 16 scoops peanut butter (chunk chocolate ice cream)
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate chips)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- maraschino cherries (and chopped peanuts, for serving)
