Reasonably easy to make. I had a recipe for this years ago which I could not find. This resembles it. I’m making it to go with some peanut butter ice cream I am experimenting with.

This was quite easy and turned out really well. Everyone went for seconds, which is always a good sign. I only used half the sugar called for and omitted the butter and salt. I served this with vanilla ice cream and cookies.
