- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil (do not use olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups pea pods (snow, strings removed)
- 1 cup carrots (1/8" slices)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled, you can find this in the freezer section)
- 1 onion (medium, slice into quarters, then 1/4” slices)
- 1 orange bell pepper (or large red, yellow, thinly sliced)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup celery (1/4"slices)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cashews (unsalted)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
