Delicious! Yummly! Have made it multiple times, and will continue to make it cause it is so good.

The balsamic vinegar and honey sauce was very tasty, but I felt the fish itself probably needed a little more seasoning. I will make this again and season the fish with more complimentary spices.

Just the right amount of salty and sweet. This dish does make a mess of your grill, so be careful and make sure to clean up. I paired it with mixed steamed vegetables and white rice. I will definitely make this dish again. Also, butter is not a part of this dish.

It was very good but I would double the mustard rub and it doesn’t say anything about using the butter in the actual steps in directions

I added some orange juice to the glaze and cooked in a grill pan. Awesome. Some garlic mashed potatoes fit perfect. Seasoned the fish with Dijon mustard instead of powder. Turned out great. Med hi, 4 min per side.
