I made this recipe but I adjusted it a little because I didn’t want to add any pectins. I used frozen blackberries because that’s what I had. I added the sugar to the frozen berries and allowed it to come to a boil and cook before adding the honey and lemon and a pinch of salt. This had to cook for at least 45 minutes to thicken naturally. You may have to add more sugar depending on how sweet your berries are (I added an additional half cup). The jam set well and the rosemary gave it a delicious unique flavor.
