This was my first attempt at homemade bread and was very happy with the results. I substituted 1 cup of wheat bran for the oats. I also used a food processor for the majority of the mixing and kneading, but finished it by hand because my food processor started to over heat. I will lower the oven temp to 375 next time because I luckily smelled the top starting to burn and removed it from the oven 10 minutes earlier than the recipe called for.
