- 5 oz. albacore tuna in water (Bumble Bee Premium, ; completely drained of any liquid)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste (see note)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt

Great way to use canned tuna. I especially love the honey wasabi. definitely a keeper
