Flavor was good but batter was too thick and not crispy. I think it would be easier and better to use ready-made seafood batter.

I have Made this recipe several times now and it's always a hit with the family. Simple to make and it's sweet and delicious. I did salt the shrimp just a bit before dredging in the batter.
