- 1 lb. fresh salmon
- 3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- cornstarch

Directions
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add the salmon and sear for about 2 minutes per side. Turn the heat to low and add the marinade (teriyaki and honey). Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, until cooked through.
- NOTE: may need to add cornstarch to marinade in skillet to thicken a bit.
