I didn’t have tangerine olive oil, so I used olive oil, honey and juice from 1/2 fresh lemon. I also used a little garlic powder. Turned out great! It was very moist. I will make it again!

Winner winner pork chop dinner. Easy to make and really good. I’d add a little more honey if you’re a sauce person
