Amazing!! I halved the recipe, added carrots and ate with rice. I had to substitute lime juice for lemon juice, rice vinegar for apple cider vinegar, and tapioca starch for plain flour but it still turned out delicious! Would recommend making as I will be doing it again, it was easy to make and something different!
