Really tasty recipe but doesn’t taste at all like Mongolian beef to me. It tasted more like broccoli beef......so I added broccoli!! Recipe needs a ton of salt, so make sure to taste before serving. The sauce also doesn’t really thicken up much. I may make a slurry next time to add to the simmering sauce. Worth making again. Healthy and delicious! I served it over brown rice, which was perfect!

Easy and delicious. Make sure the meat is completely coated next time and use the sauce over the noodles.
