- 1/2 cup runny honey
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 5, cut into 2-inch cubes)
