I loved it! They’re not for everyone, less crunchy more chewy but it was perfect for me (and i don’t usually like parsnips)

So...it’s difficult for me to rate this recipe due to the fact that everything burned. I followed the instructions to the T...220 celsius is supposedly 425 degrees Fahrenheit, which is what I set the oven to. Then it was supposed to be 35-45 minutes of baking. I put them in for 35 minutes and they were charred by the time it got close to this time. I think they were done by 15-20 minutes in. Next time I’ll try for a shorter time to see if this makes a difference.

all of my carrots burned. probably my fault, but i wont be making this again.

These were easy and tasted great! I cut the carrots too thin though and some of them burned.
