Cooked in air fryer. Carrots cooked nicely only cooked one lb of carrots. Had to make changes in ingredient amounts. Cooking time was less and carrots roasted up very nice . Will make again

This is a very good recipe! The apple cider is a nice compliment to the sauce; I do not think the dish would be as good without it. Very easy to prepare.

It turned out great kids loved them. Next time I won’t so much Thyme and Parsley just for myself but they were a big hit!

Loved the balance. Pan sauteed carrots-took less time than roasting. Added steamed peas. Sub'd Wht Wine Vinegar. Omitted thyme.

Great recipe. I also added fresh garlic and lemon. My kids wouldn’t eat it as expected but my husband and I ate every last bite.

Easy and tasty. I had to cook the carrots for about 10 mins longer, but was using fresh organic carrots.

Very easy to make, I added more honey than required which was just the right amount of sweet versus the tang of the apple cider vinegar for us. Will make again

When they say to make sure the carrots are completely spread out, they mean it. That was my only mistake. Other than that, that’s carrots were a spectacular addition to my Thanksgiving meal.
