Very tasty 2nt time round I added 1 tsp 5 spice and crushed the garlic into the marinade

I should have read the other review - this recipe does not work. It needs a lot more time in the oven to get a decent colour - and then it is so sticky it immediately glues itself to anything it come into contact with.
