Fantastic! I made 7 chicken thighs so I 1 1/2x’s the recipe, minus the cumin. Surprisingly, it didn’t have a heat node to it even with 2 full tbsp of chili powder. Will definitely make it again. I made it over a bed of brown rice, millet & quinoa.

All I can say is...waaay too much cumin. I followed the recipe, even I thought "that's a lot of cumin" ...it would be much better without the cumin and the coriander didn't seem necessary. also had too much Chile powder. I gave it 2 stars cuz it would be good without everything else but it would still take an hour for it to thicken
