- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)

- 4 large eggs (medium-soft boiled, peeled under cold running water, dried and cut into chunks or chopped)
- 1 orange bell pepper (or small red, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced)
- 2 scallions (sliced thinly on the bias)
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (OR Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (If I have a head of roasted garlic on hand, I mash in a clove of that instead of the powder)
- Sriracha (or chili garlic sauce, the amount depending on how much heat you like)
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
