It was absolutely delish. I added 3 scoops of whey unflavored protein powder and reduced a bit oats and flour. It came out dense but so so good. Next time I will cut off the honey as well. In my case I got about 12g of protein per slice. What can be better!!! Thank you!

This bread turned out awesome. I basically ate the whole loaf in two days. My husband had it with eggs. I’ve eaten it with just butter, butter and apple jelly, cinnamon butter, and Nutella. The flavor of the bread is just right to go with anything! I added half a cup of applesauce to keep it moist and dense. I like thick bread. Will definitely be making this again.

Yum! I used whole wheat flour, turned out great! And I left oats whole , makes the bread look rustic. Shaped into a round loaf and put in a cast iron skillet to bake. Was a hit with my kids.
