Great recipe! I replaced the 1 1/2 cups of flour with whole wheat flour and it’s absolutely delicious. I used an extra 1/2 cup of un-bleached four to make the dough less sticky before setting aside to let the yeast rise.
The combination of the sweetness from the honey and the nutty flavor from the oats and whole grain made this my new favorite bread recipe.
I won’t be buying bread from the store anytime soon because this recipe was really easy and it’s a crowd pleaser for my family.
When food is nutritious and delicious it’s a win win in my book!
