I made it tonight as written minus being too lazy to measure a few things. It was soo tasty! Made steamed broccoli and cauliflower and fried potatoes, perfect meal!

It turned out well. I didn't have fresh rosemary so used dried. Would make again. 20 minutes cook time was enough.

I was worried the mustard sauce was going to be overwhelming however once it cooked down it was very good. I would definitely make again, maybe add some mushrooms to sauce.

Great recipe. I substituted oregano for the rosemary since that's what I had and it goes well with pork, honey mustard for the ground mustard and yellow mustard for the Dijon mustard. Delicious. Your house will smell tremendously good.
