- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise™ Creamy Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups cornflake crumbs (or cracker crumbs)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, Mustard, honey and salt.
- Add chicken; stir to coat. Roll chicken in crumbs.
- Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
