Tried it with Spanish mackerel, turned out great. I used honey and Dijon mustard, left out the dill and garlic because I’m lazy. Agree that the amount of olive oil is too much.

Mustard, dill, garlic and salmon combination is delicious. Recipe has a bit too much olive oil, only need 1.5 TBL in seasoning mix and no need to pre-brush the fillets.

Amazing!! I doubled the recipe except for the dill... baked for 10min then broiled for 2min

This recipe was a letdown. I thought the sauce would be really flavorful, but it was very bland. I made it earlier in the day to bring to my dad for dinner. I ended up not giving it to him because I knew he wouldn't like it.

Baked it longer at 15-18mins cos the kids n hubs prefer the salmon drier. Still came out juicy thnx to the honey mustard.

I used brown mustard and added honey. i think i would have been better with actual honey mustard.

This was better than expected. I had guests in from Europe and claimed this was the best salmon they ever had. Even better then Norway!

Turned out amazing! I left mine in for 13 mins and it didn't dry out. I'll definitely be making again!

Loved this recipe. Was quick to make and really tasty. I ended up making my own honey mustard as it recommended in the recipe which I think added to the flavor. Sauce took me 10-15 to make and I cooked the salmon for exactly 10 minutes. Great with a side of fresh vegetables and quinoa.
