These were terrible. They looked pretty and the flavor was OK but they never set up properly, even after more than 90 minutes of baking. Instead of drying out overnight they became even moisturer. I threw away the entire batch. I won’t make this recipe again.

Meringues aren't my favorite but these turned out fine. I also added strawberry jam to mine. A good way to keep using up our honey.
