This was delicious! I made this for Christmas along with the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The gravy was so good!

Easiest, most delicious recipe I've ever made for turkey breast. Outstanding! The juices were flowing, the sweet and savory flavor was like a part in my mouth. It was simply the best turkey recipe. I will make this again and again. (I didn't have whole grain mustard, so I used dijon and it was still scrumptious.)

I had to leave the maple syrup out (my country is still quarantined) and had to replace the grain mustard with dijon mustard and it turned out great!!

Turkey was good but the recipe is all about the gravey. Thats where all the flavor is. If thyme isnt your favorite flavor, I'd cut the amount in half.

It turned out amazing! I used a 3lb turkey and cooked in a small in dish close to the size of the roast. I will be making this again

Great and easy to make recipe. I prepared it for Thanksgiving and later in a pre-Christmas celebration with friends as a second main dish. They all loved it. Tender and juicy meat, sauce from juices and wine turned darker second time as turkey was bigger and required more time which gave the turkey a different flavor (great the 2 time)

This recipe came out so good. My family loved it and I will make it again. The maple syrup with mustard and herbs gave the turkey a great flavor.
