This was truly a delicious recipe. It has such a fresh flavor, with just enough complexity to wow your pallette.

Both kids liked the chicken so that means I will make it again. I brined for 24 hours and the chicken was a little too salty so I would empty the bags after two hours or in the morning before work. Also I made 2/3 of the brine called for in the recipe and had plenty I would cut the glaze in half

Very tasty and moist. I didn’t use a grill, I instead used a grill pan/skillet which was alright except for trapping all the excess moisture from the brine and the glaze. As it cooked, most of it burnt and stuck to the pan. We added a side of orzo with parsley and butter. I would suggest squeezing a slice of lime before serving, as otherwise it’s hard to tell there’s lime in the recipe.

I used breasts on the stove top and after searing both sides, cut it into strips and returned it to stove with 'glaze'
Delicious sauce, would pair well with rice
