Fantastic! I didn’t have limes so used lime juice and 1 lemon sliced. Turned out great,

Left out the lime and juice. Added 3 Tbsp minced ginger instead. Used cilantro micro greens for milder flavor.
Since no oven temp was suggested, set mine to 425. Baked for 20 min. Then broiled for 5 minutes. Needed to go back into oven for 5 more minutes but we are at Denver’s higher elevation.
We enjoyed our modified recipe very much.
