I broiled two small thin sliced chicken cutlets in my toaster/convection oven. Basting every five minutes until they looked the way I wanted. They were very thin but still took about twenty minutes or about four flips. Be sure to rub the rack with olive oil and use the drip pan. One was perfect the other a little tough. They reminded me of chicken satay without the peanut sauce. I’ve saved the glaze and will make again.

Lip smaking full of sweet savory goodness. Brined with rosemary, kosher salt and real lemonade (no lemon juice or lemons on hand). Grilled @ 350-400°F for 20 minutes, turned and basted every 5 min.

Great! my family loved it better to just grill it didn't use any water only to clean chicken, made it for 6.
