Did a mix of walnuts, cashews, and pistachios. Made the honey mixture on the stove with spices then tossed in the nuts to coat. Added a little extra nuts as too much syrup. Then baked in the oven as noted. When cooling added just a dusting of sugar so they weren’t as tacky. Used as topping for butter lettuce salad with fruits and veggies.
