Too much ginger, I felt like all I was eating was a ginger pork chop. Not making again

It’s delicious! My son said “Mom, you have to make this one all the time!” Even my super picky eater (daughter) loved it! Definitely keeping this one on file!

This glaze was delicious - sweet and savory. Next time we will go heavier on the mustard because we are big fans of the flavor it lends.
