Directions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Place the honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Use the edge of a spoon to scrape the outer skin from the ginger root and discard. Grate the flesh of the ginger into the mixing bowl. Whisk the honey ginger mixture to thoroughly combine.

This was delicious! it kind of tasted like teriyaki. Also I used ginger paste instead of ginger root

Very tasty (and easy) recipe. Only suggestion might be to use a plastic bag instead of a bowl to allow it to marinate more in the refrigerator. I was out of Soy sauce, so used Worcestershire in place of it which worked really well. Nice, thank you!

Didn't want to go to the store, so I did the following: sub pancake syrup for honey; sub splenda packet for brown sugar; sub teriyaki sauce for soy sauce; sub OJ for lemon juice; sub splash of ginger ale for ginger knob. All to taste for measurements , toss with chicken tenderloins and bake. Served with carrot sticks with blue cheese dip. Thanks for the inspiration!
